Screen advertising inside BROEN Shopping is operated by ClearChannel, paying a turnover-based rent. In addition, the access areas are well-suited for stands, market stalls and pop-up shops, representing a potential opportunity to further improve the operations of BROEN Shopping. A licensing agreement with Apcoa is in place for the next 6.7 years as of 1 January 2026, allowing the operator to issue parking fines if the four-hour time limitation is exceeded.
