INDUSTRIAL & LOGISTICS - COLLIERS MARKET REPORT 2024

Industrial and logistics was the most sought-af ter segment among investors in 2023 because of a strong occupational market and prospects of real growth in rent levels in prime locations. The strong occupational demand is reflected in higher rent lev els and continued low vacancy rates, which has to some extent offset the decrease in value due to higher yield requirements. The sustained high level of investor interest has manifested itself in speculative construction despite sharp increases in construction prices and rising yield requirements. Especially last mile locations and prime locations south of Copenhagen may see further increases in rent levels. Industrial & logistics summary
