Strong user market and high investor interest In 2023, occupational market trends followed recent years’ trends with high demand, rising rent levels and low vacancy. The high investor interest has boosted newbuilding, often without pre-letting. Users and investors alike are placing greater empha sis on reduced carbon footprint and energy consumption. In 2023, as in previous years, the industrial and logistics property market was characterised by favourable trends with rising and record-high rent levels and a sustained low level of vacancy despite a slight increase. Demand for premises increased as disruptions in international supply chains during and imme diately after the coronacrisis resulted in delayed deliveries.
