selected logistics areas

Taulov In the Triangle Region, a central and dominant logistics lo cation in the middle of the country, Taulov is considered the absolute best location due to its proximity to the intersection of several motorways and the Port of Fredericia. Lolland-Falster A future attractive logistics location brought about by the new Fehmarnbelt link that connects Zealand to Germany and rad ically changes the existing distribution network in Denmark. The Fehmarnbelt link is scheduled for commissioning in 2029, so players in the market need to think long-term. The south corridor The primary logistics area near Greater Copenhagen. The area is home to many modern, large, and high-ceilinged warehouses as well as manufacturing and industry. The potential for further supply in the area is being exhausted, which could lead to rent increases. In the long term, the loca tion is expected to benefit from increased freight transport when the Fehmarnbelt link opens. Mostly older and somewhat outdated buildings offering fewer square metres space than industrial and logistics new builds. Appeals to businesses with smaller space require ments in an area where the potential for additional supply is largely exhausted. The location is particularly attractive due to the short distance to end users in densely populated areas. Aarhus Primarily the Port of Aarhus (Denmark’s largest port) and a logistics park at Brabrand. In addition, there are workshops, light manufacturing premises and warehouses, typically located in clusters on the outskirts of the city. In the coming years, the Port of Aarhus will undergo significant develop ment, with Yderhavnen (the outer harbour) expanding by a total of 84 ha. The first phase is scheduled for development start in 2025. Last mile locations in Greater Copenhagen
