RESIDENTIAL - COLLIERS MARKET REPORT 2025

Low construction activity and an increasing homeowners’ cost burden are contributing fac tors driving a continued strong rental market. Copenhagen and Greater Copenhagen locations in particular are expected to experience upward pressure on rent levels. The residential segment has been investors’ top pick in 2024, and several deals have contributed to a greater pricing consensus in terms of residential rental property. With the prospect of falling interest rates and upward pressure on rental prices in selected locations, we foresee increasing devel opment and investment activity in 2025. Residential summary
