INDUSTRIAL AND LOGISTICS - COLLIERS MARKET REPORT 2025

The industrial and logistics (I&L) segment remains strong, with demand outstripping a still weak supply. The market is stabilising, although poten tial threats lurk on the horizon. Demand for the right locations is exceptionally strong, with a basis for rent increases, especially in last mile locations. A slow down in the European economy could have negative conse quences, but the conditions for a fundamentally healthy mar ket are in place. Speculative construction is in play as investors chase investment opportunities, with competition for the right assets being fierce. Industrial and logistics summary
