The Danish hotel market is strong going into 2025 with record number overnight stays for the third year in a row along with unprece dented RevPAR driven by continued improve ment in room occupancy. In 2024, the number of hotel overnights through October reached historic highs in all regions except Copenhagen envi rons. International travellers drive the overnight stays record. Business travellers set an overnight record for the second year in a row, refuting claims that the spread of digital meet ings during the COVID-19 pandemic would put an end to phys ical conferences and meetings. The sustained growth in hotel KPIs is whetting the appetite of domestic and foreign inves tors alike. Institutional investors are showing renewed inter est in the hotel market.
