Investment demand remains strong We expect investment demand to remain strong in the Danish market in 2020. Vast amounts of capital have accumulated, earmarked for investments in brick and mortar but still waiting to be placed. In addition, the anticipated interest rate hikes have failed to materialise, being replaced by prospects of sustained low interest rates for some time to come. modernisations will be of crucial importance – cf. the above- mentioned section 5(2). As long as uncertainty prevails in regard to future provisions, some investors will remain guarded. We have yet to see significant changes in the pricing of residential rental property, but fewer investors are active in the market, prepared to assume the risk associated with the prospects of possible amendments. Der er stadig rejst meget kapital, som skal investeres i mursten, men endnu mangler at blive placeret.
