Because of the several hotels situated around Copenhagen Central Station, tourists are a strong and solid customer base in the district. Nørrebro and Amagerbro The districts of Nørrebro and Amagerbro feature more fragmented shopping streets, including both attractive shop clusters and less prominent locations. Covering a substantially longer stretch than their Østerbro and Vesterbro counterparts, the shopping streets of Nørre brogade and Amagerbrogade offer a wide range of retail shops. Both Nørrebro and Amagerbro have well-performing shopping centres: Anchored by two supermarkets, Amager Centret provides a wide range of shops with several strong-covenant tenants, including several Best seller brands, H&M and Normal. Amager Centret benefits from excellent accessibility with Amagerbro metro station located on its doorstep.
