There is nothing to suggest that speculative building will cease to be lucrative in the foreseeable future, and investors and developers are advised to explore this opportunity already now if they have available development sites in some of Denmark’s central industrial and logistics areas. For example, this applies to the south corridor, running from Høje-Taastrup via Greve to Køge south of Copenhagen, the Triangle Region as well as outside Odense and Aarhus.

The fact that speculative building is starting to pick up is a phe nomenon not seen since before the financial crisis, bearing wit ness to the long-lived and exceptionally favourable market con ditions in the market for industrial and logistics facilities.
