5,000-10,000 sq m, with 50,000 sq m so far completed and let in the construction phase, while the speculative construction of another 10,000 sq m is ongoing, scheduled for completion in mid-2022. In the south corridor, Verdion and Aviva are devel oping the 150,000 sq m E20 Park Copenhagen in Solrød, also believed to contain an element of speculative building. In the Triangle Region, MG Real Estate is constructing the 80,000 sq m MG Park logistics centre at Taulov, near Fredericia, also on speculation. This is another staged construction scheme, with

some 15,300 sq m space so far completed and let to Godshotel & Transport Vest in the construction phase, with the construc tion of two additional stages of 9,000 sq m each starting on a speculative basis in January 2022. Domestic pension fund PFA and ADP (Associated Danish Ports) are involved in the specula tive development of a large-scale transport and logistics hub, Taulov Dryport, also in the Triangle Region. The first 50,000 sq m or so has been let, with the speculative construction of an addi tional 60,000 sq m reported to take place in 2022.
